CoreTeam application allows groups supervision and enables any user, defined by the Administrator as team supervisor, to monitor other users in the same communication group. CoreTeam displays in real time the team members’ availability, computer status, Microsoft Lync or Skype for business presence, phone states (including Mobile phones) and the status of current communications 

Based on the user settings options, the CoreTeam layout could be displayed in different graphical user interfaces: “advanced window “or “simplified POP-UP” or “Lite POP-UP” 

CoreTeam Communication Functions: from CoreTeam, supervisor can perform different functions such as Call, Call Pickup, cerate Outlook calendar entry, cerate task, send an email, access to the members activity details; when logon, when logoff….etc

Group supervisors are notified by messages (toasters) about the activity of their groups’ members. The messages appear in the bottom right hand corner of the screen.

CoreTeam Call Notification toaster:The group supervisors are automatically notified of incoming calls received by their groups’ members. A pop-up yellow message (toaster) appears in the bottom right hand corner of the screen.

CoreTeam members Logon/Logoff toaster: When any member of the user group launches or exits from Corebridge client application, the bleu toaster automatically appears/disappears from the user screen.
