Searching the Meta-directory

Corebridge users may type the whole or part of the name of a required contact, whether internal or external, in the Corebridge phonebar window

Search results pop up in the Corebridge window as shown below.

On highlighting the required phone number, fax number or email address, a simple click on the highlighted detail is enough to launch telephone, email or fax contact as appropriate.

If the detail highlighted is a mobile phone users can also choose to click the “Send SMS” option and where there is an SMS gateway a text message can be sent to the desired contact.
