Raoul Mattei joins Corebridge as GM in Southern Europe
|
|
Corebridge is pleased to welcome Raoul Mattei as the General Manager of its operations for southern Europe. Mr. Mattei assumes this senior role at Corebridge after serving as a Member of the Executive Board of IBM France.
A graduate of the École Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Nancy and of IAE Aix-en-Provence Graduate School of Management, Mr. Mattei began his career at IBM in hardware and services sales in Nantes in 1989. Success found him promoted firstly to management of regional sales in Marseilles and Lyon, and ultimately to an IBM sales directorship in Paris in 1999.

Since the beginning of 2002, he has served IBM as a Global Services Executive, firstly as a Sales Director and then as Industrial and Communications Sector Director in Paris. His record of continuous marked sales growth at IBM is a testament to his quality and effectiveness as an executive.
Of the appointment Corebridge’s Chief Executive Officer, Francis Zadan, commented, “After a rigorous search and selection process, we are delighted that Raoul has accepted the challenge of managing Corebridge’s southern European sector which is led primarily by its operations in France. His impressive experience growing sales for IBM France and the knowledge of the marketplace that he brings with him from our partner are just the credentials that Corebridge requires to take our business to the next level of success.”
