Management Team
Corebridge’s senior management team comprises five individuals, each with over fifteen years’ experience of working in their respective IT, finance, telecommunications and banking sectors. Additionally, each brings major international experience from sales and marketing, management and business development.
David Dey

Non-executive Chairman Mr Dey, Corebridge's non-executive chairman, is the founder and former Chief Executive Officer of Energis, the third largest telecommunications operator network in the UK. A former Managing Director and board member of British Telecommunications plc, most recently Mr Dey has been the Executive Chairman of a number of successful early stage enterprises such as Alpha Telecom and Neos Networks. He chairs Technology For Business Plc, the UK's market leader in the supply of software solutions to lawyers.
Prior to his tenures at BT and Energis, Mr Dey enjoyed a long and successful career at IBM Corporation and as a Managing Director and main board director of Plessey PLC. He brings over thirty years of experience at the most senior levels of the UK and European telecommunications industries to Corebridge's board and has unrivalled knowledge of the demanding needs of multinational corporate customers.

Francis Zadan

Chief Executive Officer Francis Zadan has a proven track record in developing previous businesses to commercial and marketing success. One such example is 3a Telecom, an independent mobile communications service provider that was subsequently sold to Vodafone Group for a multimillion-pound figure.
He has managed multinational companies at directorial level and delivered projects for blue-chip organisations such as Hutchison Whampoa, Nortel, Nokia, CIBN, Vodafone and One2One. Dr Zadan holds a masters degree from Imperial College, University of London and a PhD in engineering from the University of Salford.

Emad Saïd

Chief Technical Officer and Co-founder Emad Saïd has led technical design, development and systems architecture at Corebridge since its inception in 1993. The strength of the Corebridge Application Suite, its rich functionality and leading market position amongst CTI technologies speaks volumes for the technical expertise and capabilities of Mr Saïd.
He has over twenty-three years' experience in telecommunications and software development and holds a masters degree in computer systems specialisations from Supélec, Rennes.

Simon Taylor

Chief Information Officer Simon Taylor has over fifteen years of extensive experience in the IT industry that includes a ten-year career with Microsoft.
His background ranges from systems analysis and application development through operating system and application deployment, to software product support, technical consulting, project management and business planning. Specialising in the secure deployment of productivity software, line-of-business applications and custom desktops built on Microsoft Windows, he delivered advice and assistance to Microsoft’s largest blue chip customers and has delivered seminars and training in many environments.
Mr Taylor brings a wealth of experience to the management team, having delivered world-class, easily deployable, repeatable and scalable enterprise solutions for Microsoft. Before moving to IT, he spent thirteen years as an electronics engineer with the Royal Air Force and British Aerospace.

Peter Stent

Finance Director Peter Stent is a qualified Chartered Accountant whose experience in financial, general and innovative marketing management has ranged across a number of different sectors both in the UK and overseas.
His career has encompassed roles in marketing agencies, blue-chips, SMEs and start-ups and he is an acknowledged specialist in the convergence of media and entertainment and of technology and telecommunications.
Recently Mr Stent has held finance directorships in companies involved in solar energy, electric motor development and mobile telephone content. He has also undertaken general management roles in asset tracking, intellectual property exploitation and advertiser-funded television programming.
In earlier years Peter founded and developed a well respected below-the-line agency of thirty staff which specialised in media, travel, retail and FMCG and whose clients included British Airways, Disney Theme Parks and Consumer Products, Avis, Boots, BP, Shell, Courage Retail, Bass Taverns and Nestlé.
