Corebridge products link together various forms of communication – i.e. desktop telephony, mobile, email and instant messaging - with line-of-business applications and presents customer contact information and records from each in a single, consolidated view.

Corebridge solutions also integrate with specific vertical sector platforms such as dealer boards in investment banking, voice recording, voice-drop as well as market information systems.

Corebridge products are at the cutting edge of telecommunication services that exploit the power and functionality of both voice and data communication, and deliver a real-time solution that integrates with almost any business application and the vast majority of corporate PBX and VoIP switches in use today. Corebridge solutions extend to mobile devices including a BlackBerry-specific solution. Corebridge is also rolling out a Software as a Service (SaaS) model with hosted applications and telephony infrastructures.
