Presence

Corebridge technology recognises instantly if a call is from a colleague or from an external organisation.

Corebridge can detect User Presence based on the following criteria:

  • PC switched on/off; PC powered on but not logged on; PC powered on and logged on; PC running screen saver or screen locked.

Corebridge expands the concept of ‘user presence’ to telephony status based on the following criteria:

  • on-hook, off-hook or in conference.

Corebridge extends the concept of user presence to user availability. It identifies whether:

  • a user has indicated if they are available to accept a call, or indicated that they are busy with other tasks, or engaged.

Corebridge Presence can be associated to and linked with Microsoft Outlook/Lotus Notes Calendar Status.
