Monitoring and Reporting (CoreTraffic, CallTracker)

This application delivers statistical reports based on analysis of Corebridge’s call logs, providing management visibility over the business communication environment.

The application is divided into two areas:
  • the first allows access to dynamic personalised reports
  • the second offers access to pre-populated customisable pages in order to provide periodic reports, e.g. mobile calls by department, calls from/to specific customers etc Information can be extracted simply and instantly in a variety of user-friendly formats. It is accessed via a Web interface and provides accurate information wherever and whenever it is needed.

Corebridge Monitoring and Reporting enables the organisation to:
  • update existing and historical PBX call logs with a correspondent’s identity (enabling retrospective analysis);
  • create real-time dashboards showing presence, status, average phone usage and statistics for the whole team and the queue;
  • generate detailed reports to show phone usage linked to contacts;
  • working in conjunction with an Automatic Call Distributor allow real-time tracking of incoming calls, call queuing, notification and alerts on excessive on-hold times, notification of dropped calls with number and name of the calling party.
