Mobility

Corebridge Mobility enables access to the majority of Corebridge Solution functions from any mobile device with a browser, instant messaging or Corebridge WINGS Midlet and Corebridge WINGS desktop client. It provides access to several facilities that extend the reach and usefulness of Corebridge Solution beyond the office desktop.

From a mobile device users are able to:

• search corporate directories for records remotely and make a call by clicking the result;
• manage their incoming call routing;
• access missed calls on the desktop phone call logs;
• determine the presence and activity of virtual team members and initiate calls to them; and
• initiate calls via corporate telephony system remotely, using Least Cost Routing.

In the latter case users are able to search for customers’ or colleagues’ numbers from their mobile device but initiate the call from the corporate Private Branch Exchange (PBX) back in the office to any preferred or manually entered local phone number and, when answered, calls the selected party, connecting the two lines, saving on international and roaming mobile phone charges.
