Meta-directory

Upon installation of the Corebridge solution, the server syncs with enterprise applications via standard connectors. These synchronisation agents create a database on the Corebridge server containing all contact information (telephone numbers, email addresses, names, companies...) This makes the identification of inbound and outbound contacts possible at the initiation of call events whether they are internal or external.

This database, called the "meta-directory", is an agglomeration of various contact data from enterprise resources such as the Active Directory, customer or supplier databases, CRM tools and personal contacts in Outlook or Lotus Notes. The meta-directory can be a unique repository of company and user data set to comply with corporate rules and to obey any standards of confidentiality that an organisation imposes.

With this unique open architecture, which integrates with any business application even bespoke systems, the callers can be identified before a call is answered.
