Management Team

Corebridge’s senior management team comprises seven individuals, each with many years' experience working in the IT, finance and telecommunications sectors. Additionally, each brings major international experience from sales and marketing management and business development.


David Dey

 

 

Non-executive Chairman
Mr Dey is the founder and former Chief Executive Officer of Energis, the third largest telecommunications operator network in the UK. A former Managing Director of Plessey and of British Telecommunications, recently Mr Dey has been the Executive Chairman of a number of successful early stage enterprises such as Alpha Telecom and Neos Networks. He chairs TFB Plc, the UK's market leader in the supply of software solutions to lawyers. Prior to his tenures at Plessey, BT and Energis, Mr Dey enjoyed a long and successful career at IBM Corporation.

Francis Zadan

 

Chief Executive Officer 
Francis Zadan has a track record developing previous businesses to commercial success, beginning with 3a Telecom, an independent mobile communications SP that was sold to Vodafone Group for a multimillion-pound figure. He has managed multinational companies at directorial level and delivered projects for blue-chip organisations such as Hutchison Whampoa, Nortel, Nokia, CIBN, Vodafone and One2One. Dr Zadan is a graduate of Imperial College, University of London and holds a PhD in engineering from the University of Salford.

Emad Saïd

 

 

Chief Technical Officer and Co-founder 
Emad Saïd has led technical design, development and systems architecture at Corebridge since its inception as a research project by IBM and France Telecom in 1993. He has over twenty-five years' experience in telecommunications and software development and holds a masters degree in computer systems specialisations from Supélec, Rennes.

Simon Taylor

 

 

Chief Information Officer 
Simon Taylor 's extensive experience in the IT industry includes a ten-year career with Microsoft. His background ranges from systems analysis and application development through operating system and application deployment, to software product support, technical consulting, project management and business planning. Before moving to IT, he spent thirteen years as an electronics engineer with the Royal Air Force and British Aerospace.

Peter Stent

 

 

Finance Director 
Peter Stent is a chartered accountant whose experience in financial, general and innovative marketing management has ranged across a number of sectors and countries. His career has encompassed roles in marketing agencies, blue chips, SMEs and start-ups. An acknowledged specialist in the convergence of technology and telecommunications, he founded and developed a well respected below-the-line agency of thirty staff which specialised in media, travel, retail and FMCG and whose clients included British Airways, Disney Theme Parks and Consumer Products, Avis, Boots, BP, Shell, Courage Retail, Bass Taverns and Nestlé.

Mary Guiney

 

 

General Manager - Northern Europe and Asia
Having begun her career in marketing, Mary Guiney spent seven years working in Australia in both a marketing capacity and then as a Sales Manager. She then joined IBM Ireland in 1999 and moved to the UK in 2003. During her time at IBM she worked with government accounts in Ireland, Northern Ireland and in the UK, managed various sales teams and grew sales significantly. She joined Corebridge in August 2008 as General Manager of its operations in northern Europe and Asia.

Raoul Mattei

 

 

General Manager - Southern Europe
A graduate of the École Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Nancy and of IAE Aix-en-Provence Graduate School of Management, Raoul Mattei began his career at IBM in hardware and services sales in Nantes in 1989. After managing regional sales in Marseilles and Lyon, he was promoted to an IBM sales directorship in Paris in 1999. He served IBM as a Global Services Executive from 2002, before joining Corebridge in 2008 as General Manager of its operations in southern Europe.
