Incoming Call Routing

Corebridge extends User Presence to user-defined rules to determine how calls are addressed, based on:
  • location of the users, i.e. how (on what number) they wish calls to be forwarded;
  • groups of callers classified as VIP customers, management etc.
  • Specific numbers or groups of numbers

Users can choose on what number and during what hours to receive calls. Business travellers can avoid expensive incoming mobile roaming call charges by receiving the call on a local number as well as taking into account the local time zones.

This status can be used, along with organisational and personal preferences, to route calls automatically.
