Do I need to be an administrator to install the Corebridge application?
Yes. Install the Corebridge server software and PhoneEyes service using the local administrator account of the server. Corebridge client installations require local administrative rights on the user’s PC or will be executed using ‘run as’ elevated privileges, or a software installation tool such as Microsoft Systems Management Server.
How do I upgrade Corebridge and acquire additional licences?
Corebridge application upgrades take place twice a year in the form of two major releases. These are provided to existing customers free of charge, providing that a maintenance contract is in place.
How does Corebridge fit in with my existing systems and applications?
Corebridge is completely non-intrusive to the point where you can power down the Corebridge server and find that your telephones, email system and line-of-business applications continue to function with no impact other than the loss of the Corebridge functionality.
How long does it take to install Corebridge?
This depends on the readiness of your organisation. The precise time of the Corebridge install depends on the readiness of your organisation, e.g. TAPI-enabled switch. Once all pre-install requirements are met, the installation time is typically two to three days. The installation is not even dependent on the number of end–users, as the main ‘portion of work is constant whether eight or eight hundred users are requested. However, where there are many end-users, training needs may extend this time.
How many applications can I integrate with Corebridge?
This is entirely dependent on the number of licences you purchase for the application integration. Almost any application can be integrated with Corebridge.
What training does Corebridge provide?
Corebridge administrator(s) and end-users will be trained by our installers during the Corebridge installation. Various training packages are available and vary for team supervisors, knowledge workers, mobile workers etc. Of course, we can tailor a training package to fit your requirements.
What kind of support does Corebridge provide?
There are a number of different options. We provide telephone and email support according to the SLA and terms and conditions of your maintenance contract.
