Corebridge

Corebridge works with traditional PBXes, VoIP switches, hosted switches, dealerboards, mobile handsets, or combinations of all of these through industry-standard CTI interfaces. In short, all Corebridge solutions provide a common access for telephony services.

Corebridge enhances existing VM/UM solutions by identifying the caller and delivering notification of the message origin. Voice recordings can be retrieved directly from the call log records.

Corebridge fully integrates with the Microsoft Outlook and Lotus Notes clients to provide identification of the sender of a message enabling, for example, a phone call to be made in response to an email or an SMS in response to a voice mail. With a simple click, the Corebridge Call Scheduler can add any client or contacts to the scheduled list of persons to be called.

The Corebridge solution uses a live/voice telephony system’s existing audio conferencing capabilities by intergrating this feature to its simple phone bar client application.

 

The Corebridge client consolidates access to telephony, dealerboards, email, SMS, fax, mobiles, IM, voice recording and voice mail across disparate systems.

Corebridge maintains presence and status information on the user’s PC, telephony device and personal “busy” status. This presence can be viewed in collaboration interfaces providing team views and is used to route calls automatically.
