Corebridge Directory Services

The Corebridge Directory includes contact information, such as names, email addresses, telephone numbers and postal addresses. It also holds key data that identifies callers uniquely, for example customer codes, account numbers, or insurance policy numbers.

Without creating a separate database, Corebridge consolidates the available view of the company’s directories and databases and synchronises related information across multiple applications and information systems. Users have transparent and real-time access to any enterprise data that is located in the company’s information, messaging and telecommunication systems. Each contact is identified instantly and their contact information presented when the telephone rings.

Millions of records saved on various systems in an enterprise are accessible via Corebridge desktop client, Corebridge Portal (Web interface), instant messaging clients, and a Web interface specifically designed for use with mobiles.
