Benefits
In today’s economic environment it is imperative to afford customers flexibility. Returns on investments in technology should be achieved within the fiscal year to justify any expenditure. Corebridge is able to deliver on this criterion because it follows three key principles. Corebridge solutions are:
Telephony-independent - deploying pure software solutions mitigates the need for major PBX upgrades or replacements.

Software-independent - to date Corebridge’s rate of success for integrating third-party software in enterprise business communications has been 100%, including bespoke applications. The list of third-party applications that Corebridge integrates with is too numerous to mention.
Client–independent - Corebridge solutions can be delivered through a variety of clients (interfaces) giving customers the flexibility of choice and, when time is money, giving users ease of access to critical business information.
Corebridge can be delivered via its own interface, which has little footprint on users’ desktops.

Corebridge can also be delivered as a pure middleware injecting telephony and presence into various business applications and processes. There need be no interface at all - Corebridge will still enable the injection of telephony, presence and rules-based call routing, and offer monitoring and reporting solutions as an application that works in the background.
Alternatively Corebridge can be delivered as a plug-in solution as part of Microsoft Office Communicator and/or IBM Sametime for clients who wish their Enterprise Instant Messaging applications to become the unified communications interface of choice.
