As Corebridge fully integrates with key business applications, it can speed up routine tasks such as creating activity tasks and calendar entries, or making notes associated with calls via Corebridge Associated Data functionality. For instance from an incoming or outgoing call at a click of a button a calendar entry can be created in Microsoft or Lotus Notes calendars with the details of the caller or called party, including the contact data, populated in the calendar automatically.

Automation can apply to any structured third-party business application such as real-time trading, document management system or practice management system, or applied to any business vertical.
