Architecture

To understand how Corebridge works and helps to improve work flows for existing telephony and IT infrastructures, it is useful to illustrate elements of Corebridge's architecture. These elements are unique in the unified communications market.

Two main features sit on the Corebridge Server.
• CATS server (protocole created by Corebridge with the Institut National des Télécommunications)
• Meta-directory (gathering all an enterprise's internal and external contacts in synchronisation with its business applications)

Respectively, they enable the independent operation of an enterprise's telephone system and also caller identification. Corebridge enables integration between its client and all of an enterprise's internal and external communications devices (PCs, PDAs, BlackBerrys, iPhones, softphones, IBM Lotus Sametime, Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007, MSN, ...) Users can access Corebridge functionality (call management, routing, presence, teamworking) in the way that suits them best in any given situation, as determined by their organisation.

Corebridge's advanced funtionalities include:
• global call reporting statistics;

accurate call logs (missed calls, call frequency, telephony performance by any criteria);
• and communications management tools for Call Centre teams.
